SB-1096 will require all physical mail solicitations to be labeled on the outside of the envelope, clearly stating that a given piece of physical mail is a solicitation and the recipient is not required to make a payment or take any other action in response to the solicitation.

SB-1122 makes important continuity changes to higher education requirements for peace officers and allows for more flexibility in the timeline to complete their education.

SB-1173 creates a special statute that allows for the De Luz Community Services District (CSD) to receive funds through the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account and Highway Users Tax Account.

SB-1219 establishes the acts of loitering in a public place and impeding traffic with the intent to direct or solicit prostitution forms of disorderly conduct.
